Timelines#
- We respond to any request within 30 days (GDPR: one month, extendable once by two months for complex requests — we'll tell you why).
- Account deletion takes effect immediately for your tokens (≤15 min for existing tokens to expire); full storage deletion within 30 days (we must also purge the daily backup chain — we keep 30 days of backups).
Biometric data#
You have a specific right around biometric processing (Botswana DPA 2024 s. 30; GDPR special-category). At Auth Your Agent: your biometric template lives on your phone in its secure hardware. We hold a signed assertion, not the template. Deleting your account deletes the assertions and your passkey records; the phone-side template is removed with the passkey in your phone's system settings.
